Jiangyin Tuochuan Metal Materials Co., Ltd is a professional manufacture of stainless steel forged flanges for many years. We have two factories, one forging factory in Yancheng, another machining factory in Jiangyin with an annual production capacity 2000 tons. Our forging factory equipped with pressing machine and hammer, can forging up to 24inch flange. Our machining factory equipped with the most advanced CNC lath, CNC drilling lath, ultrasonic cleaning machine, which guarantee our flanges accuracy and good surface.

1. Sawing
Our raw material includes billets, ingots, round bars. We will estimate input raw material according to finish product, and saw as per work sheet
2. Heating
Three heating furnaces, max 1500kgs, can heat 3 tons per day for one shift
3. Forging
Totally four hammers, max 1000kg
4. Heat treatment
For stainless steel, normally we will heat to 1050 degree, and holding for 2.5-3 hours, and then cooling in water
5. Rough machining
Total twenty-three vertical lathes
6. Final machining
Numerical lathe to guranteen the accuracy
7. Drilling
Ten drilling machines
8. Marking
Marking with auto machine, can mark client's logo
9. Cleaning
Altrosonic cleaning machine, flanges are clean and bright
10. Package
Suitable seaway transportation package, plywooden case with plastic film sealed inside
At the very beginning, we have a forging factory, and sell forging parts to flange factory, later we have our own machining factory, and start to export to Korea and Japan. Till now, 100% of our products exported to Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia etc.
